📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees,Coordinate with the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation,Support the HR department in any other tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus
