PT Multiplastjaya Tatamandiri is looking for an experienced Assistant Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Production Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities.,Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to the Production Manager.,Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure products meet quality standards.,Support the team in implementing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of production improvement initiatives.,Provide operational support during peak production periods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
