📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.
