📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Configure and manage Cisco and Juniper network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network solutions.
• Document network configurations and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network availability.
• Contribute to network security initiatives, including implementing and monitoring security policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in network infrastructure, with a focus on Cisco and Juniper devices.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and switching technologies.
• Familiarity with network security concepts and best practices.
• Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
