📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to our key accounts.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to build and maintain relationships.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related role.,Strong understanding of the coffee industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
