📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed mine plans using industry-standard software such as Vulcan, Datamine, or similar tools.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations to support mining project decisions.
• Collaborate with geologists and mining engineers to integrate geological data into mine planning models.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental standards.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in our mining operations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine planning and scheduling.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective mine plans.
• Strong knowledge of mining software and tools such as Vulcan, Datamine, or similar.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Valid mining certification or license, if required by law.
