Seed Express Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role.,Strong understanding of the logistics and e-commerce industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
