📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the ICT and Data Center Services market.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare sales reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ICT or Data Center Services industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the ICT and Data Center Services market.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
