📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with training instructors and ensure the quality of training materials.,Assist in the planning and execution of training schedules and activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain records of training activities and participant performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.,Support the training manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training instructors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
