📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product promotion and sales growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and partners.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail clients, addressing their needs and concerns.,Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to travel as required for client meetings and events.
