📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure designs are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Mentor and support junior designers in the team.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide design feedback to developers.
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and design principles.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proven experience in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and achievements.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
