📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various roles within the organization.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and company needs.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong employer brand and promote the company as an attractive place to work.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
