PT Pratama Jaya is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team in Ubud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for financial planning and budgeting.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
