In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory science and a proven track record of leading technical teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by implementing quality control measures and conducting regular audits.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols.,Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.,Monitor laboratory expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with laboratory safety regulations and best practices.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and data management systems.,Ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications and licenses.
