📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day security operations and ensure the safety of the facility and staff.
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
  • Maintain and update security records and reports.
  • Provide security training and guidance to staff and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with all security regulations and laws.
  • Work closely with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of security software and systems.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities.
