📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant attendance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Strong organizational and time management skills
