📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Provide training and support to junior sales representatives.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the ethical pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
