Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees and departments,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage the company's budget and financial resources,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Maintain a safe and secure work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
