📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide updates on the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers on their recruitment processes and results.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
