📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized shopping experiences and expert advice to clients.
• Assist in maintaining the boutique's image and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Promote Voila.id products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Assist in organizing events and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and luxury retail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
• Proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
• Enthusiasm for the fashion industry and a passion for customer service.
