📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and external stakeholders.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage the accounting department's budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
