📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client visits, and networking.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and project timelines.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers, to understand their needs and address their concerns.,Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure that proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with the company's offerings.,Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline status, win/loss ratios, and customer satisfaction.,Participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase the company's products and services.,Provide ongoing sales support and training to junior sales consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the IT industry.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
