📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise quantity surveying activities for construction projects in Bali,Ensure accurate cost control and financial reporting for assigned projects,Provide expert advice on project budgets and financial performance,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans,Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any cost overruns or variations,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met within budget and schedule,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor cost and progress,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including project owners, investors, and management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a senior role,Proven track record of managing and supervising quantity surveying activities for construction projects,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with construction cost management software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Valid work permit and visa for Malaysia-based role
