Accounting Officer - Restaurant & Food Industry

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Officer to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy in our financial records. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our business and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

As an Accounting Officer at PT. Selahonje Jaya Abadi, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. You will work closely with our finance team and other departments to ensure that our financial operations run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions, including recording and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
• Provide financial support to the management team and other departments as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in the restaurant, food, or seasoning industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
