📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Oracle.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to costing and inventory management.
• Provide training and support to other staff members on inventory management practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in costing and inventory management.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for inventory management and cost allocation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards is a plus.
