Beauty Advisor - Luxury Cosmetics & Skincare (Bali)

Join PT KOMAR COSMETICS TECHNOLOGY as a Beauty Advisor in the vibrant heart of Bali! We are seeking passionate and experienced beauty professionals to represent our premium cosmetics and skincare brands in high-end retail environments across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung. As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of luxury beauty in Bali, providing expert skincare and makeup advice to clients while building strong relationships with our valued customers.

In this role, you'll spend your days educating clients on the latest trends and techniques in beauty, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring our retail spaces are stocked and organized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to determine their beauty needs and recommend appropriate products and treatments.
• Provide expert advice on skincare and makeup techniques, and demonstrate product usage.
• Stock and organize retail displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Promote our brands through social media and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches to provide informed advice to clients.
• Participate in inventory management and sales reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare retail.
• Proven track record of success in luxury beauty retail environments.
• Excellent knowledge of premium cosmetics and skincare brands, including their ingredients, benefits, and applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
