📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic indirect sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and trend research to identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Utilize procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and ProcurementMaster to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on sourcing and procurement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in indirect sourcing and procurement, with a strong background in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Proven track record of cost savings and process optimization in procurement.
• Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and ProcurementMaster.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Certification in procurement or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
