📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage and implement complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect our systems and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and training purposes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems are always cutting-edge.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on technical matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and networking.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
• Proficient in using tools such as VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft System Center.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
