📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to maximize sales and brand awareness.
• Manage and grow our affiliate community, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
• Optimize our social commerce presence on platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee, focusing on product listings, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including videos, images, and copy.
• Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to refine our marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate and social commerce efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and social commerce.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and adjust strategies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
• Proven success in growing affiliate programs and managing social commerce channels.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms like CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Linkshare, or similar.
• Experience with social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
