📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement tenant acquisition strategies to meet and exceed occupancy targets.
• Manage the entire commercial leasing process, including lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential tenants.
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure properties are well-maintained and market-ready.
• Prepare and analyze leasing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial leasing and business development.
• Assist in the development of new projects and the expansion of the company's real estate portfolio.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing or business development.
• Strong knowledge of leasing agreements, contracts, and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or BuildingIQ is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
