As an Operational Vehicle Mechanic, you'll diagnose and repair diesel engines, air brake systems, and hydraulic systems on a variety of vehicles, including trucks, forklifts, and cranes. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure our vehicles are always in top condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, air brake systems, and hydraulic systems on heavy-duty vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Work with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of vehicles.
- Train and mentor junior mechanics.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vehicle history.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a vehicle mechanic, preferably in the diesel and hydraulic systems.
- Certification in diesel engine diagnostics and repair (e.g., NATEF, IMI).
- Knowledge of air brake systems and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software such as Snap-on, Bosch, and Caterpillar diagnostic systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 kg.
