• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
• Manage partnerships with gaming influencers, content creators, and other key stakeholders
• Analyze performance data and use insights to optimize affiliate marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, gaming, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of gaming industry trends, platforms, and communities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using industry-leading tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, such as ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, or Rakuten Advertising
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
