As a Pharmacist, your daily tasks will include dispensing medications, consulting with doctors and nurses, and ensuring that patients receive the right medications at the right doses. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently using pharmacy management software such as Medisys or similar systems.
• Consulting with doctors and nurses to ensure proper medication use and patient safety.
• Managing patient medication schedules and ensuring compliance with prescribed treatments.
• Stocking and organizing pharmacy inventory, including controlled substances.
• Monitoring medication expiration dates and ensuring proper disposal of expired or unused medications.
• Providing patient education on medication use, side effects, and proper storage.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.
• Complying with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
• Professional certification from the Indonesian Pharmacist Association (APAI) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management software such as Medisys or similar systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, doctors, and nurses.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
