You'll work with real HR tools like BambooHR, Greenhouse, and Workday, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives that align with our company's vision.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation
• Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Help with the preparation of HR reports and analytics
• Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing your HR skills
